Minimum qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Statistics, or a related quantitative field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • 7 years of experience in financial planning and analysis (FP and A), consulting, or a related function, or an advanced degree.
Preferred qualifications:
  • Experience with building data infrastructure (e.g., designing architecture, building data pipelines, implementing monitoring) and implementing reporting solutions.
  • Experience in developing strategies in a changing and engaging environment with excellent business judgment for resource allocation decisions to achieve the business outcome.
  • Experience in leadership with operational initiatives across multiple products, functions, and geographies.
  • Ability to work with data to produce analysis, collaborate in decision making with numerical analysis and generating insights.
  • Ability to take ownership, interact with all levels, set goals and work in a team.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to work with multiple departments.
About the job In this role, you will partner with business leaders to understand value drivers and develop insights on investment strategy and work with the Google Ads Ecosystem to influence product investments from a customer-first mindset. You will collaborate with Strategy, Operations and business teams to develop annual budgets and to innovate Google's customer service strategies. You will become an expert and thought leader in how gTech enables advertisers to achieve their business objectives. You will collaborate with finance and non-finance partners across business and gTech solutions teams to evaluate the value of existing menu of services and to develop a strategy to increase opportunity coverage.The name Google came from "googol," a mathematical term for the number 1 followed by 100 zeros.   • Manage business planning, analytics, and reporting; help drive monthly, quarterly and annual reporting.
  • Drive visibility into business performance and resource planning decisions and define and evaluate plans to drive customer business growth.
  • Create an investment framework for investments to scale and capture more opportunity.
  • Define and implement metrics and reporting tools to provide insight into performance across regions and products.
  • Communicate investment or return on investment trends to finance and non-finance business partners.
