- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Statistics, or another quantitative field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 4 years of experience in financial planning and analysis (FP&A), consulting, or a related function, or an advanced degree.
- Experience with databases, SQL-based languages, and the use of investigative tools on datasets.
- Experience in developing strategies in fast-paced engaged environments, impeccable business judgment for resource allocation decisions to achieve the desired business outcome.
- Ability to take ownership, confidence to interact with all levels, set objectives, drive results, and be a team player.
- Ability to work with a wide variety of departments.
- Ability to work with data to produce analysis, influencing decision making with numerical analysis and generating insights.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Partner with Sales Operations to set Quotas, measure performance and ensure accuracy of business reporting to business and global finance.
- Lead monthly Profit and Loss reporting, including performance reviews with leadership across Partnerships.Partner and campaign performance and provide recommendations to shape investment decisions and long term strategy.
- Develop tools and data infrastructure to communicate business performance to a range of audiences, including senior management, simply and efficiently.
- Initiate and implement global process improvement initiatives for finance, including shaping the global system and data infrastructure agenda, drawing on automation/process expertise as well as AI.
- Manage core finance processes such as month end close, budget management and annual planning, as well as act as Finance Business Partner to advise on strategic direction and cost allocation.
