We're searching for an experienced professional who is passionate about the automotive industry and ready to take ownership of client relationships and account optimisation and strategy. As a Client Success Executive, you'll need:
- A deep passion for the automotive industry, with a thorough understanding of industry trends and a drive to stay ahead of market developments.
- Proven experience in client relationship building and management, ideally 3-5 years' experience in client relationship management or a client-facing role in the automotive industry.
- An analytical mindset, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions to enhance clients' accounts and help them succeed.
- Strong communication skills, with experience presenting to clients, making calls, and building lasting relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
- A proactive and adaptable mindset, ready to tackle challenges head-on, and implement improvements for continued success.
- Experience in strategic planning, contributing to long-term account growth and campaign optimisation.
- Project management skills, showing competency in handling multiple accounts and priorities, managing timelines, and delivering consistent client updates.
