Responsibilities:Your Role: As a General Operative, you will play a vital role in maintaining a fast-paced and efficient production environment. You will work closely with your team and managers to ensure quality standards are met and safety protocols are followed.Your main duties will include:
  • Adhering to departmental SOPs and maintaining high standards.
  • Contributing to the team’s goals and department targets.
  • Ensuring that all customer and company specifications are met.
  • Keeping your work area clean and organized at all times, following our ‘clean as you go’ policy.
  • Promoting and maintaining excellent Health, Safety, and Hygiene standards.
