- Closely align with sales on regional sales goals and keep a pulse on business needs
- Develop a regional plan that encompasses the full marketing investment mix aligned to company GTM priorities with strategy and purpose, in partnership with the extended marketing team.
- Implement a mix of marketing tactics to fuel growth and accelerate deals including 1:1 ABM, in-person events, meeting/calling programs, social, digital campaigns and more to increase brand awareness, expand and retain customers, and penetrate new logo accounts
- Execute events and campaign per, during and post event strategy
- Interlock cross marketing to leverage approved messaging and assets as well as collaborate on the GTM plan and drive velocity through the demand funnel
- Engage partners and with partners in select marketing events and campaigns to deliver results in collaboration with Partner Marketing
- Measure, analyze and evaluate performance against KPIs and goals to continually optimize results, deliver actionable insights, and make data driven decisions to continually improve outcomes
- Manage budget forecasting and spend
- Drive pipeline outcomes and marketing ROI
- Be responsible for overseeing the demand funnel to increase velocity to close
- BS/BA in business, marketing or communications.
- 5-7 years in field marketing (preferred), demand gen, channel, events team
- Experience in tech software marketing is ideal
- Sales experience is a plus
- Ability to build and execute a strategic GTM collaborative marketing plan including in-person events
- Excellent interpersonal skills - can work well cross-functionally and with diverse audiences to achieve collaborative objectives
- Excellent communication skills - verbal and written
- Experience in managing marketing budgets and multiple suppliers/vendors
- Experience with Smartsheet, Canva and SalesForce.com is a bonus
- Organized, able to manage multiple activities in a fast-paced environment, with a desire to improve processes
- Can Do Attitude: Highly motivated, self-starter who can quickly adapt in a dynamic work environment
- Willing to travel to up to 30%
