Hybrid workingKey Responsibilities:
  • Accountable for problem definition, issue replication testing, and root cause confirmation
  • Managing the implementation of containments into production and service environments
  • Responding to escalated dealer technical assists
  • Conducting warranty analysis to support project prioritisation and field service action justification
  • Providing technical investigation support on issues with safety or legislative implications
  • Undertaking any other work as directed by the line manager related to the role
  • Resolution of quality projects promptly
  • Mitigating warranty costs and conducting warranty analysis for commodities

Job Requirements:
  • Experience in problem solving for complex technical engineering issues
  • Degree qualified or equivalent engineering experience
  • Formal Six Sigma problem-solving training
  • Proficiency in warranty data analytics and statistics
  • Ability to deliver presentations to stakeholders, including senior leaders
  • Project management experience with evidence of cross-functional coordination
  • Background in powertrain systems, including electronic and mechanical systems
