Due to our continued growth we are now recruiting for a Lead Quality Engineer to be based at our customers site in Gaydon.Please note that this is an 8-month contract position inside of IR35 with a view of an additional 1 year extension.Our Engineering Research and Development department (ER&D) is a fast-growing function within Tata Technologies Limited that is assembled to work on exciting projects globally for multiple customers. It comprises highly specialized engineers across Automotive, Aerospace and Industrial Heavy Machinery.The Role:As a Lead Quality Engineer, you'll play a pivotal role in driving the resolution of propulsion system quality projects. You'll lead collaborative working groups composed of subject matter experts, suppliers, and manufacturing teams to identify root causes and implement innovative solutions.You will lead quality improvement projects to enhance our propulsion systems, through forming and leading diverse working groups and ensuring collaboration among experts and stakeholders.
