As a Trainee Pensions Administrator, you will play a crucial role in supporting the consultancy's pensions team, ensuring accurate and timely administration of member benefits. You will have the opportunity to develop your skills and knowledge in a supportive environment, contributing to the overall success of the organisation.Responsibilities
- Produce accurate calculations of member benefits using pro forma or automated routines
- Prepare clear explanatory letters to members, clients, and advisers
- Maintain and update client database and individual member records
- Input data for bulk updates and generate reports
- Communicate effectively with scheme members and clients, handling enquiries professionally
- Assist in maintaining organised and up-to-date records
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Flexibility to adapt to fluctuating workloads and hours
- Willingness to study for professional exams
