- Supporting students with a range of social, emotional, and mental health needs (SEMH), as well as those with behavioural challenges or additional learning needs.
- Working closely with teachers, SENCOs, and external therapists to help implement behaviour support plans and therapeutic strategies.
- Building consistent, supportive relationships with pupils, acting as a positive role model and advocate.
- Gaining hands-on, practical experience that mirrors elements of clinical or therapeutic work in education settings.
- Graduates in Psychology, Criminology, Mental Health, or related fields.
- Individuals with a genuine interest in understanding behaviour, trauma-informed practice, and the emotional development of children and adolescents.
- Those looking to apply for Master's or Doctorate programmes in psychology, therapy, or social care in the future.
