- Direct exposure to clinical and therapeutic practice in an educational setting
- Weekly CPD, training, and support from a multi-disciplinary team
- A clear clinical progression pathway (e.g. Assistant Psychologist, SENCo, or Therapist roles)
- Experience with trauma-informed and neurodiversity-aware approaches
- A strong foundation for postgraduate or doctoral applications in psychology or education
- Assistant Psychologist roles

- Leadership positions in education and therapy services
- As a Clinical Teaching Assistant, you'll work with pupils aged 5-18, supporting those with:
- SEMH needs, autism, ADHD, and other neurodiverse profiles
- 1:1 and small group interventions focused on emotional regulation and resilience
- Bespoke education and therapeutic strategies, designed around each child
- Collaborative planning with teachers, therapists, families, and clinicians
