*** FOR NSCHT/UHNM/MPFT/ICB EMPLOYEES ONLY***E-rostering & Temporary Staffing AdministratorAn exciting opportunity has become available in the ERostering & Temporary Staffing Team for a Band 3 Administrator.Part time 18.5 hours and we are happy to consider flexible working options. Fixed term until 04 May 2026.Band 3, £24,071 - £25,674 per annum pro rata.Full training and support will be given on Optima and Bankstaff RLDatix systems.Main duties of the jobSmall, high functioning team who currently work from home, with the need to go on site when required. Full training on the systems used will be provided. Potential for development. Fast paced and proactive thinking team, who work well together.
  • Managing Booking temp staff into shifts using Allocate suite of products.
  • Liaising with Agencies
  • Answering telephone/email queries
  • Checking and authorising invoices for payment
  • Ensuring staff complete mandatory trainin
  • Recruitment of temp workforce and associated work
  • Basic reporting
  • Attending staffing meeting
  • Texting shifts out on Allocate system
  • Good attention to detail
