- Developing the Quality Management System (QMS) framework to support ITT activities.
- Responding to industry requests for information (RFIs) regarding quality management during the ITN phase.
- Reviewing and assessing supplier quality responses, scoring and evaluating to assist in commercial down selection.
- Developing detailed quality requirements for the ITT Systems Requirement Document.
- Preparing written evaluation and scoring reports for each tender and summarising findings and recommendations.
- Updating the QMP to align with best practices and learning from industry tenders.
- Experience in multi-domain DE&S quality management practices.
- Experience in requirements definition and understanding of DE&S commercial requirements.
- Proficiency in engaging with commercial, industry, and regulators.
- Understanding of supply chain quality management, or a willingness to self-learn the subject matter.
- Experience with MOD requirements development.
- The role has been determined to be inside IR35.
- The task will cover activities related to the Invitation to Negotiate (ITN) and Invitation to Tender (ITT) phases for implementing a commodities supply chain management system for MOD commodities.
- The FDSS Programme is complex and novel approaches to safety management will be necessary.
- The role is suitable for hybrid working but will require regular attendance at Abbey Wood South NH4.
