- Delivering pre-prepared lessons across a range of subjects
- Managing the classroom and ensuring a calm, productive learning environment
- Supervising students’ work and supporting their learning when needed
- Handling questions, maintaining behaviour, and promoting engagement
- Feeding back to teaching staff on student progress and classroom activities
- Confident in leading a classroom and managing behaviour
- A strong communicator with a professional, approachable manner
- Adaptable, calm under pressure, and quick to think on your feet
- Passionate about education and making a positive impact
- Previous classroom experience is essential
