This role comes with the possibility of becoming a permanent staff member in one setting. As a Cover Supervisor, you play a crucial role in keeping education on track when regular teachers are absent. You oversee entire classes during short-term absences, ensuring students complete assigned work and fostering a positive classroom atmosphere. You will be provided with training, a dedicated consultant and constant support both during your training and your time actively working with us.Requirements:The desired individual will;

  • Ability to gain confidence with lesson delivery and behaviour management
  • Have a genuine interest in supporting the educational success of the pupils
