We are seeking an experienced and passionate Sous Chef for a leading Fine Dining Restaurant that's been the talk of the Bristol food scene for a number of years.In this role, you'll support the Head Chef in the daily operation of a high-energy kitchen, with a strong focus on wood-fired cooking & butchery. As the Sous Chef take a leading role in motivating and managing the team, ensuring that consistently high standards of food and service are delivered.Day-to-day responsibilities will also include managing food orders, stock levels, kitchen systems to maintain efficiency and minimise waste and people. Throughout, you'll uphold the highest standards of food hygiene, safety, and compliance across the kitchen.
