
Site Services Manager

- Organise and manage contractors for maintenance activities in line with HSE procedures.
- Ensure compliance with legal and compliance registers, health, safety, and environmental regulations.
- Identify, source, and order necessary parts for repairs.
- Maintain accurate logs and ensure business and hired assets/equipment are fit for use.
- Manage disposal of obsolete equipment and justify purchasing/CAPEX to improve efficiencies.
- Oversee maintenance of buildings, yard, external footprint, and infrastructure.
- Manage utilities (electricity, water, gas, HVAC, waste) and implement cost reduction proposals.
- Maintain and enforce site security policy in line with business needs (e.g., defence, nuclear requirements).
- Oversee perimeter security, access control, CCTV, physical guarding, and secure storage areas.
- Ensure proper screening of mail/deliveries and tamper indication for protected assets if required.
- Manage secure destruction of sensitive material and control of visitor/contractor access.
- Lead site-related projects including ISO14001, upgrades, renovations, and new installations.
- Manage budgets for site services and implement planned preventative maintenance.
- Oversee emergency management policies and maintain effective communication with stakeholders.
- SMSTS (Site Management Safety Training Scheme)
- Experience in a similar role
- IT Literate and familiar with Microsoft applications
- Experience working in a ISO14001 environment
- Experience in Nuclear or/and Defence sectors beneficial
