While direct experience in special educational needs is not essential, a strong understanding of learners with Additional Learning Needs (ALN) and/or Social, Emotional, and Mental Health (SEMH) challenges is highly advantageous. You should be enthusiastic about supporting a wide range of curriculum activities and encouraging pupils to engage in enriching, hands-on experiences. Person specification
  • Aged 19 and over
  • C or above in Maths and English GCSE or equivalent
  • Care / Support Worker Background
  • DBS on the Update Service or willing to obtain one
  • EWC registered
