- Operate brand-facing, co-developing and executing paid media campaigns to drive brand growth
- Creation of multi-platform media plans alongside the Partnership Marketing lead to deliver 360 on & offsite activations
- Work collaboratively with our influencer team to commission best-in-class influencer assets for media & channel repurposing
- Continuous learning and development across key media platforms to remain specialist and deliver innovative media strategy for brand partners
- Continuous suggestion of optimisations for campaigns to agreed ROI targets
- Working with our in-house design team to deliver best in class assets for our brand partners
- Post-campaign reporting to demonstrate uplifts generated and showcase investments' key KPIs and ROI
- Noting learnings for continuous improvement in media performance
- Responsible for executing media activity for a number of beauty partners
- Driving performance across multiple campaigns simultaneously
- End to end management & reporting of campaigns

- 6months+ work experience in media / digital marketing role a bonus
