
Housing Administrator

- Maintain and update housing records and databases with accuracy and efficiency.
- Provide administrative support to the housing team, including preparing correspondence and reports.
- Respond to tenant enquiries and escalate issues where appropriate.
- Assist with the coordination of property inspections and maintenance schedules.
- Ensure compliance with relevant housing regulations and organisational policies.
- Support the preparation of meetings and documentation for internal and external stakeholders.
- Handle incoming communications, including emails and phone calls, professionally and promptly.
- Contribute to process improvements within the housing administration function.
- Previous experience in an administrative role, ideally within the housing or not-for-profit sector.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in using office software, such as Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and task management.
- Knowledge of housing regulations and compliance would be an advantage.
