As a Graduate Academic Mentor, you will work closely with students aged 11–16 to provide targeted academic support across core subjects. You will deliver small-group sessions, 1:1 interventions, and in-class assistance to ensure pupils are fully supported in their learning.This Graduate Academic Mentor role is particularly well-suited to graduates of English, Maths, Science, or Humanities with ambitions to move into teaching, psychology, or education-based careers.What’s on Offer:

- Enthusiastic, proactive, and able to adapt to different learning needs
- Experience in tutoring, mentoring, or youth work is desirable but not essential
- Must have UK work rights (no visa sponsorship available)
