- Analysing training needs extensively to determine, understand, and rank training and support needs for Sales and Business Development (SBD) and other key departments crucial to CRM user adoption and daily operations.
- Planning and crafting comprehensive training interventions, including crafting training syllabi, curricula, materials, and tools, and delivering both face-to-face and virtual training sessions.
- Planning and delivering user support and follow-up sessions during the initial adoption phase and establishing robust benchmarks to monitor training success and tool usage.
- Conducting regular assessments to determine the level of user understanding of CRM tool adoption and the customer value the tool has brought to SBD.
- Collecting and analysing new requirements that emerge as business needs, prioritizing and translating these into actionable technical specifications for further CRM functionality development.
- Providing direct support to users in their day-to-day CRM use and adoption, offering immediate solutions to overcome any impediments.
- Collaborating with technical and non-technical collaborators, such as IT and third-party experts, to address CRM tool issues and resolve end-user concerns.
- Crafting, managing, and supporting CRM-related communications, covering both training and support topics.
- Collaborating with CRM key collaborators at all levels across all national companies (NatCos).
- Identifying any risks associated with CRM implementation, daily use, or future development, and proposing suitable mitigation or response actions.
- University degree, preferably in Business Management or Economics or in any related field
- Commercial working experience in Aerospace and Defence sector, in IT, HR, Sales, Bid, Business Development or a related relevant field
- Planning capabilities and training analysis
- Experience in change management or training delivery
- Good relational and communication skills
- Experience using Microsoft Dynamics/Salesforce would be an advantage, but not essential
