- Provide administrative support to business across departments and supporting the EA to CEO.
- Manage correspondence, including emails, phone calls, and incoming mail.
- Maintain and update filing systems, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
- Coordinate meetings and appointments, including preparation of necessary documentation.
- Assist with data entry, report generation, and record-keeping tasks.
- Support the preparation of presentations and other business materials.
- Handle general office duties, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
- Liaise effectively with colleagues, clients, and external stakeholders.
- Previous experience in an administrative or support role.
- Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- A keen eye for detail and a commitment to accuracy.
- An ability to work independently and as part of a team.
