- An experienced Teaching Assistant looking for career development
- Interested in the foundations of clinical or educational psychology
- Keen to pursue a career in youth work, youth justice, or mental health services
- Committed to supporting young people with additional needs
- A relevant degree (Psychology, Criminology, Education, or related fields) OR substantial SEN experience
- A strong interest in mental health and neurodiversity (e.g., autism, ADHD, SEMH)
- A solid understanding or willingness to learn about behavioural and emotional regulation
- Someone who lives locally to Luton or surrounding areas
