- Work closely with pupils who require social, emotional, and behavioural support.
- Implement strategies to help pupils regulate behaviour and build resilience.
- Collaborate with on-site clinicians, therapists, and teachers to develop holistic support plans.
- Provide 1:1 and group interventions tailored to individual EHCPs.
- Contribute to a trauma-informed, nurturing learning environment.
- Direct experience supporting mental health and neurodiverse conditions in children.
- Mentorship from clinical and teaching professionals.
- Pathways into Assistant Psychologist, Therapeutic Support Worker, or Trainee Teacher roles.
- An excellent foundation for postgraduate study in psychology, education, or therapy.
