As a School Mental Health Teaching Assistant, You Will:
  • Work closely with pupils who require social, emotional, and behavioural support.
  • Implement strategies to help pupils regulate behaviour and build resilience.
  • Collaborate with on-site clinicians, therapists, and teachers to develop holistic support plans.
  • Provide 1:1 and group interventions tailored to individual EHCPs.
