Assignment : Full-time Temporary (Monday to Friday, until end of September - possible extension)
Hours: 8:00am - 6:00pm (some flexibility on start/finish times available)
Pay: £13.00 per hourWe are recruiting on behalf of our client, a well-established motor dealership in Pontypridd, for a Service Department & Front of House Assistant to join their team on a temporary basis to start ASAP.Key Responsibilities:
- Welcoming and assisting customers face-to-face and over the phone
- Supporting the service team with day-to-day administration
- Coordinating customer bookings and appointments
- Providing excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment
- General front-of-house duties to ensure smooth running of the department
- Previous experience in the motor trade, service, or aftersales environment is highly beneficial
