Insolvency Senior Associate | Partner

- Advising insolvency practitioners, creditors, and directors on contentious insolvency matters including misfeasance claims, wrongful and fraudulent trading, antecedent transactions, and asset recovery
- Acting on insolvency-related litigation, enforcement proceedings, and director disqualification actions
- Working closely with referrers across the accountancy and restructuring space to develop long-term relationships and repeat instructions
- Leading on high-value, complex litigation with minimal supervision, often with cross-border or multi-party elements
- Supporting and mentoring junior team members and contributing to business development initiatives and the wider litigation strategy
- A qualified Solicitor in England & Wales with strong experience in contentious insolvency matters
- Ideally 7+ years PQE, but strong senior associates ready for partnership will also be considered
- Confident handling complex disputes independently and managing cases from instruction through to resolution
- Comfortable in a client-facing role and confident building relationships with insolvency practitioners and other key intermediaries
- A commercially minded litigator with excellent technical knowledge and a practical, solutions-focused approach
