
Senior Area Quantity Surveyor

- Leading the preparation of valuations and accounts while driving timely and accurate invoicing
- Collaborating with delivery teams to prepare robust financial forecasts and performance reports
- Ensuring compliance with contract terms and prompt payment cycles
- Managing subcontractor payments and reducing WIP and debt
- Securing maximum commercial returns and managing contractual risk and dispute resolution
- Overseeing procurement processes and ensuring risks are well controlled
- Supporting and developing a high-performing commercial team
- A qualification in Quantity Surveying (or equivalent experience)
- Strong knowledge of contract conditions, specifications, and relevant legislation
- Hands-on experience with financial and costing systems
- Excellent analytical skills and a sharp commercial mindset
- A collaborative leadership style with strong communication and coaching abilities
