Senior Quantity SurveyorThis is a great opportunity for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join a well established Main Contractor based in the North East Region and will be working in the Civils Division.As a Senior Quantity Surveyor you will be joining an already established commercial team, working on a variety of Civil Engineering related projects in the North East area.This company are forward thinking, offer great training and development opportunities and are recognised for their great culture, which puts their people first.Key responsibilities for this Senior Quantity Surveyor role:-Costings
-Sub-contract payments
-Preparing reviewing and issuing of contract documents
-Support the operational team
-Assisting in the preparation of client valuations for payment
-Quantification of works, both from construction drawings and actual works on-siteExperience required for this Senior Quantity Surveyor role:- Experience in a similar role
- Civil Engineering project experience
- NEC experiencePackage offered for this Senior Quantity Surveyor role:- Up to £75,000 Depending on experience My client would also consider Quantity Surveyors for this role
