- Manage shared inboxes efficiently ensuring prompt, accurate responses and maintaining high standards of internal and external communication.
- Produce and maintain reports and dashboards using Excel and internal BI tools, supporting commercial operations with accurate and timely data.
- Provide administrative support to the commercial team including product set ups, pricing and order management, while ensuring data integrity and compliance with internal standards.
- Collaborate with cross functional teams to streamline workflows, improve reporting processes and ensure product content is accurate across marketing and web platforms.
