- Supporting the sales and management team in maintaining business outputs through general administration of internal systems such as SAP, Purchase Order, quoting tools and through the collation of information in support of competition bids and project spreadsheets.
- Work alongside the Project Managers, users, and customers to assist in the coordination of project and logistics plans, solving any conflicts that arise to minimize potential risks.
- Developing, and updating the catalogue used by customers via Crown Commercial Service (CCS) Frameworks and E-Commerce.
- Assisting in Tender submissions and uploading documentation.
- Proven experience in an administrative role.
- Proficient in MS Excel i.e. formulas, macros, data formatting, management of charts & tables
- High level of organisational skills
- A confident communicator with the ability to build rapport and relationships with customers, internal stakeholders and suppliers.
- Good level of competency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other systems. Experience of SAP would be beneficial.
- A positive attitude, team player mentality, and a customer-centric approach.
- Knowledge / experience of the IT / tech and/or the public / defence sector would be advantageous.
