
Digital Collaboration Specialist

- Promote and support the effective use of collaboration tools across our IT and wider business teams.
- Maintain and improve digital platforms including Teams, SharePoint, Asana, Azure DevOps, Lucid, and internal wikis.
- Create and manage shared resources, templates, dashboards, and digital content to support day-to-day team operations.
- Plan and deliver internal newsletters, platform updates, and engagement campaigns to strengthen digital culture.
- Provide basic training, onboarding, and drop-in support to improve confidence and adoption of tools.
- Act as the first point of contact for digital collaboration enquiries, troubleshooting, and enhancement requests.
- Partner with internal teams to align digital practices with employee engagement and communication strategies.
- Gather feedback to evaluate and improve collaboration experiences across remote and hybrid working environments.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Confidence using digital workplace tools (e.g. Teams, SharePoint, project management platforms).
- A collaborative approach with a strong focus on enabling and supporting others.
- Strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities.
- A self-starter mindset with a passion for continuous improvement and problem-solving.
- Experience with Microsoft 365 tools (Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive), Azure DevOps, Asana, or Lucid.
- Experience creating digital content such as newsletters or intranet pages.
- Exposure to internal communications, IT support, or user training roles.
- Familiarity with remote team dynamics and digital workplace practices.
