We are now looking for a driven, results-oriented Recruitment Consultant to join our growing team.Key Responsibilities as a Recruitment Consultant:
- Identify and pre-screen talented individuals who would be well-suited to working in an education setting
- Organise your time to ensure key administrative tasks are completed to adhere to compliance standards
- Follow up with prospective candidates to support their journey through the candidate cycle
- Build a portfolio of schools across SEN, Primary and/or Secondary in which you can place said candidates
- Utilise research, cold-calling and effective marketing strategies to win new business
- Proven experience in sales, with a track record of achieving and exceeding targets
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- A proactive and self-motivated attitude, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities
