As a recruitment engineering consultant, you will be representing our client across the engineering sector. This role demands outstanding communication and negotiation skills, along with the ability to cultivate and maintain strong relationships with candidates and clients alike. If you have a passion for recruitment, a profound understanding of the engineering industry, and a proven history of success in sourcing and placing top engineering talent, we want you to join our client's team!Responsibilities:Identify and engage potential candidates through various channels such as job boards, social media, and referrals. Screen and interview candidates to evaluate their technical skills, qualifications, and cultural fit. Establish and maintain a pool of qualified engineering candidates for present and future job opportunities. Cultivate and sustain strong relationships with clients, comprehending their hiring requirements and presenting them with suitable candidates. Serve as a consultant and advisor to both candidates and clients, offering guidance and support throughout the recruitment process. Negotiate offers and employment terms to ensure satisfaction on both ends. Keep abreast of the latest trends and advancements in the engineering industry, utilising this knowledge to attract and place top talent.Requirements:Proven experience as an Engineering Recruitment Consultant or in a similar capacity. In-depth knowledge of the engineering industry and its diverse disciplines. Proficiency in recruitment best practices and tools. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective engagement and relationship-building with candidates and clients. Demonstrated track record of successfully sourcing and placing engineering professionals. Ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively. Understanding of relevant employment laws and regulations.Benefits:
