- The Salesforce Administrator will review and improve Sales task and activity logging/tracking.
- Implement Einstein Activity Capture.
- Optimise Account, Opportunity, and Contact creation processes (layouts, automation, end-user journey).
- Automate Opportunity creation when specific conditions are met.
- Enhance Salesforce setup to support B2C2B (previously B2B-only).
- Implement Einstein Case Classification.
- Configure Einstein Article Recommendations.
- Support longer-term roadmap towards Agentforce for Service (target: end of year).
- 6sense - predictive modelling and ABM integration.
- 6sense Conversational Email setup.
- Implement and integrate Sales Engagement platform (likely Gong Engage).
- Planhat (CSP platform) - integration and configuration.
- HubSpot - ensure smooth bi-directional sync with Salesforce Sales Cloud.
- Proven experience as a Salesforce Administrator
- Strong knowledge of Sales Cloud and Service Cloud functionality, automation, and configuration.
- Hands-on experience with Einstein features (Activity Capture, Case Classification, Recommendations).
- Track record of integrating Salesforce with third-party systems (ideally 6sense, HubSpot, or CSP tools).
- Ability to get up to speed quickly and deliver in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a collaborative working style.
