
Financial Analyst

- Support the Cluster Financial Timetable of monthly and annual deliverables
- Assist with month-end delivery, variance analysis, and ensure timely, high-quality submissions to the regional FP&A team
- Contribute to forecasting processes including pulse, estimate, and budget cycles
- Maintain and support performance trackers and KBI dashboards
- Support monthly external reporting (Monthly Business Reviews / Country Letters)
- Provide standardised monthly P&L reporting to Sales Teams
- Deliver PBI reporting support and assist with sales bonus tracking and payout calculations
- Handle overheads and A&P budgets, including business partnering and tracker maintenance
- Conduct ad-hoc commercial analysis (full P&L) and participate in process improvement projects
- Bachelor's degree
- Accounting qualification ACCA/CIMA/ACA or similar (or be a finalist - support provided for ongoing training)
- Demonstrated finance-related experience and analytical capabilities
- Advanced MS Excel skills and ability to work with PowerBI dashboards
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP/Oracle)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to explain complex data to non-finance colleagues
- Resilience and ability to manage competing priorities in a dynamic environment
