Recruitment Administrator - Part time
About the RoleNote: this is a part time role until end of December 2025. This is a part-time opportunity, estimated to be working 20 hours per week. We're open to discussing flexibility around hours and schedulingWhat you will be doing:Our People Team is a dynamic and fast-paced environment, and we're looking for someone exceptionally organised with a keen eye for detail to help keep people operations running smoothly. Ideally you'll have a background in administration, People Team support or recruitment. But what really matters is your ability to communicate clearly, work proactively at pace, and bring plenty of common sense to the table.We're looking for someone who thrives in a collaborative environment. Previous experience in People Team or administrative support, particularly within a recruitment function (preferred)
Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills
Interview arrangements and candidate management experience
Great communication and strong interpersonal skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR systems
A proactive team player with a can-do attitude
