- Answering incoming calls and greeting prospective candidates
- Registering new candidates and maintaining accurate records
- Writing and posting job adverts across various platforms
- Formatting CVs and assisting with candidate submissions
- Searching CV databases and building talent pools on our CRM database
- Providing key administration support to consultants
- Helping to manage company social media posts and engagement
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong IT skills (Microsoft Office, email, job boards, social media)
- A confident, professional, and proactive approach
- A genuine interest in progressing within the recruitment industry
- Previous office/administration or customer service experience (6-12 months ideally)
- Social media/content creation experience is a bonus!
- Initial call and video meeting - a chance to get to know each other
- Follow-up video call - meet two senior team members and dive deeper into the role
- Final stage interview - including a short presentation so you can showcase your thinking and creativity
