Our client is a reputable construction company who are looking for an experienced Site Manager for a Demoliton project based in Kensington working on a high end residential fit out.This project is 22 weeks in duration and due to start ASAP.Project value is approx. £10m.Main scope of work will consist of strip out, refurb and Demolition.Criteria:

Valid CSCS/CCDO
Valid SMSTS and First Aid qualification
Proven experience as a Site Manager on demolition projects
Ideally experience working on projects in the value of £5m – £10m.
Experience working on commercial projects
Good communication and leadership skills
Working references – essential
Will be required to interview with the client
