Job DescriptionWe're working with one of the UK's most prestigious 5-star country house hotels, home to an acclaimed 3 Rosette restaurant renowned for its refined dining and impeccable service.   • £33,208 per annum plus circa £10,500 service charge
  • Staff accommodation is available if required
  • Working 48 hours per week

Responsibilities as the Head Waiter…
  • Leading the front-of-house team to deliver seamless, polished service in the hotel's 3 Rosette restaurant
  • Ensuring every guest receives attentive, personalised hospitality with genuine warmth and professionalism
  • Supporting team training and mentoring to maintain high service standards
  • Coordinating smoothly with kitchen and management teams to create flawless dining experiences
  • Maintaining exceptional standards of organisation, presentation, and cleanliness on the floor
  • Bringing enthusiasm, leadership, and a passion for fine dining to every service
