You will assist with the day-to-day management of facilities services, including:
- Responding to facilities queries
- Coordinating maintenance and contractor works
- Supporting health and safety compliance
- Maintaining records and systems
- Providing general administrative support
- Previous facilities or workplace support experience
- Strong organisational and communication skills
- Confident with Microsoft Office
- Flexible to work across different sites as needed
- DBS would be preferred (Most Clients require)
