Your role will include but not limited to:
  • Provide expert HR guidance to corporate functions, ensuring alignment with business goals.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to design and implement workforce strategies.
  • Manage employee relations matters, offering practical and compliant solutions.
  • Oversee talent management processes, including recruitment and succession planning.
  • Analyse HR data to support decision-making and identify areas for improvement.
  • Ensure compliance with employment legislation and internal policies.
  • Support the implementation of organisational change initiatives.
  • Deliver training and development programmes to enhance workforce capabilities.
