
Audit manager

- Lead and manage audit engagements from planning to completion
- Develop audit strategies, time frames, and ensure deadlines are met
- Build relationships with clients and identify new business opportunities
- Contribute to the growth of the audit client base
- Supervise, support, and mentor junior team members
- Stay current with UK GAAP, auditing standards, and key tax implications (PAYE, Corporation Tax, VAT)
- ACA/ACCA qualified, with at least 3-5 years post-qualification audit experience in a UK firm!
- Commercially aware with strong problem-solving skills
- Experienced in managing audits and leading teams
- Confident with PCAS Audit Programmes (ideal, but not essential)
- Professional, personable, and a natural relationship builder
- Driven with a positive, "can-do" attitude
- Eager to grow professionally in a supportive and dynamic environment
