
Reporting - Management Systems Coordinator

- Liaise with teams to review and maintain LC/AC 17-compliant management systems
- Produce monthly reports including performance goals, executive summaries, quality and compliance scores, and overall business status updates
- Analyse data to identify trends and ensure data integrity
- Create dashboards and visual reports for stakeholders at all levels
- Collaborate with quality teams to align reporting with business objectives and compliance
- Strong IT and analytical skills, with proficiency in data tools and reporting platforms
- Effective communicator, confident engaging across all levels of the business
- Proven problem-solving ability with a proactive and detail-oriented approach
- Awareness of management systems and their role in regulatory compliance
- NVQ Level 3 in Business and Administration or equivalent experience
- GCSEs in English and Maths (Grade C or above) or equivalent
- APM Project Fundamentals or experience in project/customer service environments - Desirable
