- GCSE Maths and English at 4 or above or equivalent
- Previous experience in using customer data storage / processing computer software
- Experience of IT systems, for example Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
- Experience of dealing with customer queries by telephone
- Experience in a customer or patient facing role
- ICT / IT Qualification
- Working knowledge of databases and spread sheets
- An understanding of PAS, Medisec, Ormis,etc
- Experience of using Hive
- An understanding and/or experience of working to National and Trust targets, including waiting lists and RTT
- NHS Experience
- Evidence of Continuous Professional Development
- Knowledge of GDPR, Risk Management, Health & Safety, Moving & Handling regulations
