  • This well-regarded firm has an exceptional opportunity available for a talented Commercial Property Paralegal.
  • Applications are sought from Commercial Property Paralegals with a minimum of 1 years' experience of a similar role.
  • You will support and work closely with Solicitors within the firms busy Commercial Property team.
  • You will assist with a broad range of matters such as leasehold and freehold acquisitions and disposals, undertaking necessary searches, drafting, and approving leases, exchanges, and completion/ post completion related correspondence.
  • It is essential that you have outstanding communication skills, attention to detail and work well within a team environment.
