
Conveyancing Paralegal

- Supporting the Head of Property Services throughout the conveyancing process
- Drafting SDLTs, Replies to Requisitions and Transfer Deeds
- Managing AML onboarding procedures
- Producing case management letters
- Opening and closing files
- Liaising with clients and estate agents to provide timely updates
- Handling a variety of administrative tasks associated with residential conveyancing
- A minimum of 3–4 years’ experience in residential conveyancing is essential
- Strong working knowledge of conveyancing procedures
- Excellent communication, telephone and typing skills
- High attention to detail and strong organisational abilities
- Ability to prioritise workload, meet deadlines and use initiative
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and legal case management systems
- A team player who can also work independently in a fast-paced environment
