When you partner with us, you'll have a dedicated consultant who will work with you to find opportunities that match your needs and preferences.As an SEN Teacher, you'll be working with a diverse group of students with a variety of educational needs, including Complex Learning Difficulties (CLD), Profound and Multiple Learning Difficulties (PMLD), Severe Learning Difficulties (SLD), ADHD, and Autism.Your Responsibilities
- Deliver Tailored Lessons: Plan and teach engaging lessons across different classes, adapting your approach to meet the individual needs of each student.
- Curriculum Expertise: Prepare and deliver lessons based on the P Scales curriculum.
- Foster Positive Relationships: Build strong, trusting relationships with students to create a positive and supportive learning environment.
- Manage Behaviour: Use creative and resilient strategies to effectively manage classroom behaviour.
- Provide Personal Care: Offer support with personal care as needed.
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) is essential.
- Prior UK Experience: You must have previous experience teaching students with SEN in a UK-based school.
- Working Hours: Be available to work five days a week, from 8:30 AM to 3:30 PM.
- DBS Check: Hold an Enhanced DBS on the Update Service, or be willing to apply for one.
- Eligibility: You must have the legal right to work in the UK without needing sponsorship.
- Strong Skills: Excellent communication and classroom management skills are a must.
