- Engage with the wider ISS teams across the region to share best practices.
- Identify and promote success stories within the business.
- Collaborate with L&D teams to establish a regular cycle of celebrations.
- Experience delivering training to disadvantaged or marginalised groups.
- Strong ability to assess situations, identify options, and create effective action plans.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficient in IT skills and confident in using digital tools.
- Skilled in building and managing relationships effectively.
- Resilient, adaptable, and able to manage ambiguity.
- Demonstrates accountability and delivers against objectives.
