
Employability Manager - Black Country

- Generating long lasting relationships with schools, colleges, employers and local authorities
- Recruiting a team of Tutors along with supporting staff
- Designing and creating the Employability programme
- Travelling to employer sites to oversee delivery
- Ensuring all delivery is in line with regulatory bodies such as Ofsted
- Overseeing the operational running of the programme including targets, budget and performance
- Experience in managing an Employability provision
- Track record of working within an SEN setting
- Knowledge of Ofsted and EIF
- Generated relationships with external partners to enhance delivery
- Experience in managing a team
- A full driving licence with access to cover the Black Country
- An annual salary of £35,000
- 24 days annual leave plus bank holidays
