We are working with a well-known contractor in the student accommodation sector in the Midlands, who are looking for a Fire Project Manager to join their team on a permanent basis. This role comes with a company vehicle and fuel card.Benefits of the Fire Project Manager role:
  • £50,000 - £55,000 salary
  • 10% annual bonus
  • 24 days annual leave + bank holidays
  • Company vehicle and fuel card
Responsibilities:
  • Managing 6 projects across the Midlands
  • Ensuring projects meet budget targets
  • Conducting site visits and ensuring quality of work
  • Overseeing a team of Site Managers
Key skills required:
  • Proven experience in project management
  • BM TRADA or FDIS qualified
  • Experience in passive fire protection
  • Strong IT skills
  • Experience working in higher education settings
